NIWREK ENGINEERING LTD. was founded by Mr. Kerwin Modeste In 2012. Mr. Modeste is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario, Canada. Mr. Modeste received a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2012; a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada in 2004, and an Associate Degree in Building Construction from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College in St. Lucia in 1995.
Kerwin Modeste has 16 years of collective experience in civil and geotechnical engineering. His experience spans civil and geotechnical engineering design and construction related to highway infrastructure, railway infrastructure, airport infrastructure; oil and gas infrastructure, mining infrastructure, power and transmission infrastructure, and water resource infrastructure.
He has extensive experience in managing civil and geotechnical investigation, design and construction activities for major transportation and mining infrastructure project. He has extensive experience and knowledge in project management, project planning, and infrastructure asset management.
